HOW WE MAKE YOUR ORDER
Every Scents By Sara piece is hand-poured and finished individually - made to order, just for you. Please allow 3–5 business days for your piece to be crafted before it is dispatched.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- UAE: 1 business day
- International: 7–10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your country, local customs processing and carrier delays. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order.
EXCLUDED COUNTRIES

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
Orders shipped outside the UAE may be subject to customs duties or import taxes determined by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout. We recommend checking your local customs guidelines before ordering.
